Oracle HR Analytics: Absence

The Absence subject area contains data that details past, current, and planned absences. This information can be analyzed in OBIEE to determine locations or organizations that suffer from high absenteeism. The data also stores absence types. As discussed earlier, the Bradford Factor uses sick leave absences to point out employees that might have an adverse effect on productivity. OBIEE offers a calendar view of absences that allows for visual analysis of absences over a period of time.
